My two months into Soul Cycle have been amazing. I’ve really started to see improvements. Not only are they physical but mentally too. I am not one to work out in the evenings because if I do, I will never fall asleep. Training gives me energy and that lasts all day. Just add a juice smoothie and I’m accomplishing everything on my list! These days my hours are consumed with wedding meetings, food tastings, stationary picking and can’t leave off the list all the parties that come along with getting married.
I decided last week to start my 2 a day work outs…as you’ve probably heard me say this several times on my snapchat. First I go to Soul Cycle then head to the gym and train with Brandon. If any of you want to join me for a class email me and we will get you set up. I’ve been switching up teachers at Should but still have my two favorites, Bailey and Chanelle. Chanelle is 9 weeks pregnant and still teaching all week long. She’s my mom-inspiration. I hope to be like that when I’m pregnant.
I’ll add this and close up this post. Soul Cycle has really given me the strength to push myself in my training sessions with Brandon. He said there has been noticeable changes of endurance, strength and attitude. I say that to tell you this, pushing yourself does take effort but the results are attainable. We are what we put into our bodies and what we do to strengthen ourselves. I worked out to live a full and long life. What challenges to do you face that give you daily strength?
