Did anybody watch the SAG Awards last night? SAG stands for Screen Actors Guild, and is given to outstanding performances in film and television. The season of awards shows is upon us, and we need to stay on top of the latest red carpet fashions! These red carpet events are where you start seeing all the new trends for the new year.
I was especially enamored by Jennifer Aniston’s plunging Galliano gown, which had a vintage, 20s kind of feel. But what truly caught my eye? That elegant body chain cascading down her cleavage! Yeah, yeah, showing off your cleavage isn’t always the classiest thing, but the way Jennifer does it here isn’t obnoxious. It’s cute and modern, not like some kind of pin-up bustier.

You might remember my obsession with Flash tattoos a while back. The flash tattoos kind of remind me of this body chain, because of the smooth, delicate look. It also has a very bohemian feel to it, especially the way it moves and dangles. I never thought about pulling off the body chain with a designer dress, since I always assumed you wore it with boho chic clothing or bathing suits. But Jennifer proves that you can mix it up and make it work.
Very goddess-like, if you ask me.
