Every so often something comes up, rather it’s a day full of meetings or Brandon calls in sick and I can’t make it to the gym. Do you like how I blame him for the sick day? I tease but in the 2 years we’ve been working out together I’ve never canceled due to sickness. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever canceled a session.
I wanted to share my home training session Brandon has written up for me to do on those few days when life just happens. Try to do this in 20-30 min for extra benefits.

Warm up with a light jog in place or jump rope for 2-3 minutes
*Repeat this circuit for 3-5 times*
Jumping split squats 20 seconds
Mountain climbers 20 seconds
Plank to push-up 12 reps
Side plank 20 seconds each side
Push-up 10 reps
Forward lunge 10 reps per leg
Air squat 20 reps
Floor superman 10 reps
Floor glute bridge 20 reps
Front plank 20 seconds
