Coffee addicts and java babes, rejoice. I’ll admit that coffee, while it kickstarts my day, isn’t the healthiest of drinks if you use a lot of cream and sugar. I typically use soy milk or almond milk in place of creamer, but I’m excited to add Leaner Creamer to my pantry shelf as an even better alternative.
It’s a non-dairy powder, it encourages weight loss, and has a simply wonderful vanilla taste. And yes, it still gives me that rich, creamy flavor I crave in the morning because of its coconut oil base.
Clean eating. It’s not just a fad, it’s a way of life. It means limiting processed foods and focusing on whole, all-natural nutrients. How are you “cleaning up” your meals and snacks these days?
