July 4th, 2016 in Austin

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July. I sure did. I went to Austin, last minute, with some friends and loved ones. For all of you that said hello to me at Barton Creek Resort & Spa thank you. It was a pleasure meeting you. I for one didn’t want to leave. If you haven’t been to Barton Creek you should check it out. You may remember this place as the place Jessica Simpson stayed at when her and Nick Lachey got married.

One thing I loved is that it is pet friendly. There is a limit but it’s a fair one. We had the buffet each morning and it was by far the best fruit I’ve had all spring and now summer. The pool area was clean, staff was friendly and the fire work show was incredible. Next time I want to check out the spa. I hear nothing but great things. They book up fast so make sure you book your service when you book your room.

I have a feeling this won’t be our last 4th of July in Austin.
