Healthy version of lettuce wraps
Serves 2-3 people
1 1/2 lb of chicken
2 tbl soy sauce
2 tbl thai seasoning
2 tble teriyaki sauce
In a skillet, place chopped chicken, thai sauce seasoning and teriyaki sauce. Let simmer until chicken is cook through.
Can be served with brown rice, carrots and chickpeas as well.
This is one of my favorite recipes I made with mixed ingredients in my pantry. It is perfect for that mid-week homemade meal. It’s quick and easy. Kids will love it too.
