It’s never to early to plan something for February 14. Now this is my idea of a perfect date dress.
Valentine’s Day can be tough for single people. Being surrounded by roses, chocolate, and people blabbering on about how wonderful it is to be in love can be enough to get anyone down. But, there’s no reason to sit around gorging on chocolate. Even if cupid hasn’t found you yet, get out and live it up on Valentine’s Day.
Plan a lavish dinner – Score a reservation at the hottest restaurant in town and invite your nearest and dearest dateless friends. Order a great bottle of wine and toast to the freedom of being single.
Treat yourself to a spa day – Nothing makes you feel as spoiled as a day at the spa. Pamper yourself with a mani-pedi, facial or massage.
Host a movie marathon – Invite your gal pals over for a pajama-clad movie night. Serve up some decadent snacks and settle in for some intense action flicks. Just skip the rom coms.
Sing your heart out – Get dressed up in a hot new outfit and head out to a karaoke bar. Belt out some tunes and dance the night away.
Treat your friends – Remind your single friends that they are loved by sending a little treat on the special day. A tiny box of chocolate or a handful of blooms will brighten their day, and yours.
