Sadly Aaron isn’t going to be home for the rest of the week and weekend so tonight we are doing a mid-week date night. For about a month I’ve been in a dress mode. I was able to stock up on my fix with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I’m dying over tonights slip on dress. The print is so pretty and it’s lightweight. Total win.
Does anyone else get cold in restaurants like me? I’m always tagging a sweater along. I mentioned in my post last week how I want to start getting into the layered look and this is one easy way to make that happen. Of course living in Texas prevents me from wearing layers outside of our house or restaurant but nonetheless I need something.
To finish off tonight’s look I popped on these boots from Elaine Turner. Even thought theses booties are last season I can’t stop wearing them. They fit just right (even as a 1/2 size too big) and are super comfy. And can’t we all admit they go perfectly with my grandma sweater and dress?
