Back in Beverly Hills. It keeps calling me back and asks me to wear really cute outfits too. I spent the other day with my good friend Leslie Hughes, Taco Tuesday to be exact. After my shoot we went and stuffed our faces with tacos…I’m not ashamed.
Last week I introduced the lovely Kate Morris Jewelry to you. And this week I’m bringing it back again because it’s my new jewelry obsession. Isn’t this necklace to die for? Made from fragrant sandalwood and brass-capped horn. Her jewelry line was originally inspired by her trip to Bolivia, where she saw local artisans crafting their own jewelry with different kinds of stones, metals, and materials. I really love how each piece has its own personality, and you can tell there’s careful attention to detail.
Some people think I’m not an outdoorsy kind of girl because I like shopping, I like dressing up, and I tend to gravitate to the city. Sure, Houston, LA, and NYC are my favorite cities, but I’ll always hold a special place in my heart for middle-of-nowhere Texas ranches and quiet nature trails. They bring me peace and keep me from getting caught up in the city life for too long.
This outfit is ideal for a casual nature walk outside on flat roads or trails. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and looks fab. Who says you can’t enjoy the great outdoors without having some style flair? Don’t opt for sweats and old tees (unless you plan on getting pretty sweaty, then you probably don’t want to get your nice clothes gross).
