Soft Peplum

While oversized peplums may be two years ago, a soft peplum should never leave your closet. It’s one of those trends that changes but stays in season all year. Two years ago the peplum was big, flowed out and was even pleated. Today’s look is hardly visible.

Being back in Texas today and looking at the difference in style makes me laugh. Texas is full of prints, color and not a lot of black. For me, I am most comfortable in neutrals. It doesn’t draw so much attention and is easier to pack for traveling.

Don’t give up on me if you’re a big color fan. I’ve already started my spring/summer swimsuit pulls…I’m going to be brighter than the sunshine.
