Today’s post is all about mixing stripes yet keeping it simple. I’m also enjoying spring and bringing out my lighter wardrobe. I’m currently on the hunt for a stripe shirt. I tend to be a bit moody when it comes to stripes. Sometimes I lean towards thin stripes then sometimes I gravitate towards large, thick stripes. Right now I am hunting for a thick, Polo of sort, navy and white striped color shirt. Sounds simple but can’t find it anywhere.
I decided to do the LA look and throw my hair up in a loose top bun. I’m letting my hair grow out so this is the best way to keep the short pieces in the front out of my face. Thanks to Aveda we are going to get to my hair long and healthy again. One thing I am trying my hardest to go without are my extensions. I loved them but realized they have been slowing the growth of my hair. I’m also taking my vitamins and biotin every day.
If any of you have pointers, please share them with me. I’m all ears.

Try putting your hair up at night in a high ponytail, silk pillow cases are great to sleep on for less hair damage and every time I brush my hair I say “glory glory glory, I thank you Lord for my glory”. Just a few things that worked for me 🙂
