Just because it’s Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you have to give in to ALL food temptations out there. My diet has been so on point lately, still with room for improvement, that it would kill me to completely cheat and feel like I ruined all my hard work. So I’ve decided to work on some healthy holiday plates this Turkey Day.

Brussel Sprouts, Cranberry, and Quinoa Salad
I saw this recipe and the look and feel of it immediately reminded me of the holidays. It will be a perfect salad to make this Thanksgiving. I’m a nut for homemade dressings, and this one may be my new favorite. Add some left over turkey to this later on, and you’ve got yourself a full meal.
