Spring! Where are you? Popping on this pair of yellow BCBGeneration pumps makes me crave spring time. Even more so, my body needs some major Vitamin D as soon as possible. The wedding I’m attending in Mexico this April is quickly approaching, and I don’t want to come back to the States looking like a lobster.
I know Boston has had a crazy winter. Lucky enough for us Texans we’ve had some mild cold, but nothing as crazy as those snowstorms. At least there are sunny days with temps in the 70s. Nothing close to pool weather though. A girl can dream.
Today’s outfit comes to you once again from Windsor online. I can’t get enough of this store. With their prices, anyone can afford to shop here. I felt like these yellow pumps have not gotten the proper attention they deserve. They really create a sporty look with this grey dress with black stripes on the arm.
With that said I am still on my very strict financial diet this year. Ever since the blog took off, I’ve been carefully monitoring how I manage everything. It’s not like I’m on a salary, so I constantly need to set goals for myself while doing what I’m passionate about. I’m giving myself a year to crack down on the lavish spending I sometimes to. Those Louboutins need to be earned, baby! And that credit card won’t pay itself off. Not my favorite thing to do in the world. I know tightening the belt for 12 months will be worth it in the end.
So this year you all will be seeing a lot of repeat shoes and handbags, with a lot less financial burden on the wardrobe. This is good for you and me both. Less crazy spending, and more affordable looks.
